Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping Thresholds:

  • For Retail Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States that are over $400 qualify for free shipping.

2. Flat Fee for Shipping:

  • Orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds will incur a flat shipping fee. 

Additional Information:

  • Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout for orders that meet the specified thresholds.
  • Orders that fall below the free shipping thresholds will have a flat shipping fee added to their total order cost.
  • All delivery locations outside of the United States will not receive free shipping. Shipping rate will be determined at checkout.
  • Orders cannot be combined once they have been placed.

 

Important Information

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Processing & Shipping: Processing times may vary based on order volume.  Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  New release orders may take longer to process due to higher volume.

Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been handed off to the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), Main Street Mahjong is not responsible for delivery delays or issues beyond our control.

Orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of your order being placed. All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.  Please only contact us directly (info@mainstmahjong.com) in the event that your order is substantially delayed.  Please keep in mind that during peak/holiday seasons & harsh weather conditions shipping may be slower than expected.
